NOWRIZON SRL, the founder of the YOGA ROOM concept, was created in 2016 by Pierre Rousseaux, a commercial engineer with a passion for yoga. The success was immediate and today the chain has no less than 8 studios, 5 studios in Belgium and 3 in France. The aim of their development project is to extend the network with 2 additional studios in Belgium, the relocation of the studio from Waterloo, 1 new studio in Portugal and the renovation of a studio in Paris. Yoga has become immensely popular around the world. It responds to the preoccupation of many people who are concerned about integrating a "healthy life style", to their need to feel better, to refocus on the essentials by taking care of their balance and health. The success of YOGA ROOM is explained by the vision and approach of Pierre Rousseaux, CEO and founder of the company. Passionate about yoga, which he discovered and learned in China where he lived for many years, and with a strong business background, he has surrounded himself with an experienced executive staff. His model and strategy are clear: to focus exclusively on Yoga, to offer the widest possible range of courses to satisfy all levels, from beginner to expert, supervised by the most experienced teachers from all over the world and trained to YR (Yoga Room Academy) standards. The YR facilities are top of the range, adapted and accessible 7 days a week. The YR business model is based on strong pillars and a well-developed commercial strategy. + Credibility of the Issuer and its executive staff Pierre Rousseaux, CEO of NOWRIZON aims to make YOGA ROOM the leading chain in the YOGA segment in Western Europe. Thanks to his business background and experienced executive staff, he has built a profitable business model based on a clear growth strategy. Since its creation in 2016 and until the Covid crisis, the turnover has doubled every year. Since then, the concept has been able to adapt, reinvent itself and show resilience. Since the start of the health crisis and the lockdown in 2020, Yoga Room reacted immediately by offering its 4,500 members the opportunity to take their yoga classes remotely. By broadcasting classes online, via a live and replay system, nearly 25% of their members have subscribed, making Yoga Room one of the leading online yoga providers in Europe, according to MindBody Online. Currently 5 studios are open in Belgium, 2 locations in Lyon and 1 in Portugal. Attendance has increased by a factor of 2.5 between 2018 and 2019, which shows that the Yoga Room "recipe" works and that it can be exported. + Who is Pierre Rousseaux? Pierre Rousseaux, Founder & CEO of Nowrizon, holds a Master in Business Engineering (Solvay Business School). He moved to China for ten years and developed several import/export companies active in the design and production of furniture. It was there that he discovered yoga and made it a real passion and a way of life. He practiced it in Shanghai for 8 years before returning to Belgium. He completed his first teacher training in Shanghai and then graduated as a trainer from the Wild Lotus 200H school with Patrick Creelman and Pure Yoga Hong Kong.

+ Why this fundraising? This fundraising has a dual objective of refinancing and developing the business in Belgium, France and Portugal. The closure of wellness and sports facilities as a result of the health crisis had a strong impact on the growth of the business. However, Yoga Room withstood the shock and immediately reacted by organising online courses to which 25% of members signed up, making Yoga Room one of the references for online yoga in Europe. This allowed the company to pay international yoga teachers and cover some fixed costs. Opportunities to open studios before Covid emerged are maintained and will resume when activities resume.

+ How will the capital and interest be financed? From 2016 (when the first studio opened) to 2019, Yoga Room has recorded an average annual growth in turnover of 82%. Thanks to their development plan, growth will continue until 2026 at an average annual rate of 23%.
